• Box Office Ticket Sponsorship – $2,750.00
  VIP, All Access and Headliner badges will be distributed for day pass access. Lanyards and badges will feature sponsor logo an QR code access either to your company's website or a customizable link that will give them access to inquire or more detail to your services.

• Canvas Creator Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Kick off Relopalooza with real-time creativity as the Canvas Creator Sponsor. Your brand will support a LIVE graffiti wall artist during the Welcome Networking Reception, allowing attendees to watch vibrant artwork evolve. This activation fosters conversation and connection, and your Company can keep the art after the conference (shipping costs not included)
• Closing Act Sponsors – $2,500.00
  See your brand in lights at our inaugural after-party event as we celebrate our loyal groupies. Sponsors will have the opportunity to have their brand featured on our event wristbands, signage at the event, and a special recognition from our headlining DJ
• Crowd Surfing Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Our crowd surfing sponsors power Relopalooza's signature networking experience. Your brand is recognized as a partner helping lift the community and creating unforgettable moments. Verbal recognition at event opening and branded touchpoint opportunities such as drink tickets, cards, and swag (must be provided by sponsor)
• General Admission Sponsors – $500.00
  We love fans at any level! Donate as a general admission sponsor to show your support for Relopalooza 2026 and be recognized at the start of the show.
• Headliner Sponsor – $3,500.00
  Headliners don't just show up, they set the beat. This year's keynote speaker faced adversity head-on and made headlines! Through her music, attendees will be inspired to rise to any challenge. As headliner sponsor, you will be offered the opportunity to create a 5-minute branded video featuring your TOP 5 industry topics. Your message is woven into the keynote moment and conference kick-off!
• Intermission Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Who doesn't love concession stands? Sponsors at this level will get special brand recognition before our breaks and can have branding opportunity for the snacks (i.e. your brand on cookies or branded popcorn bags, etc.)
• Key Card Sponsor – $2,500.00
• Major Scale-Charitable Cause Sponso – $1,750.00
  Our charitable cause-Community Music School, will close our event with a concert performance. This year's sponsor will have the opportunity to introduce our performer's musical debut at Relopalooza 2026
• Mic Check Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Testing 1, 2, 3...as our sound check sponsor, your brand will be heard loud and clear. At this level, you get sound byte opportunity to demo your brand during our welcome reception
• Opening Act Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Cover bands convert to "STARDOM" as our Breakfast Bar sponsor, your brand will provide attendees the property hydration and nutrition needed for the day and making a lasting impression that turns them into "FANS FOR LIFE"

• Playlist Pick Sponsor – $250.00
  The Playlist Pick Sponsor enhances Relopalooza by funding curated gift cards for giveaways, adding excitement and appreciation for attendees. Unused gift cards will be donated to CMARC and VARC for their fall/winter events, extending your impact and visibility beyond RP '26
• Remix Sponsor (DJ Lizzy Beats) – $1,750.00
  Be the brand that sponsors Lizzy Beats on the mic where your brand demo will be featured between sets. As a playlist cover, your brand will be music to our attendee's ears
• The Road Crew Sponsor – $3,500.00
  The Road Crew Sponsor supports our exclusive supplier workshop, akin to how road crew enables great performances. This sponsorship covers hosting costs and positions your brand as a supporter of growth, innovation, and connection. Additionally, if offers co-sponsorship opportunities with brand representation on workshop materials and during instructor's introduction.

  The Setlist Sponsor powers the Relopalooza Conference App-your brand becomes the digital backbone of the event. From schedules and speaker details to live updates and notifications, your Company is at the center of every attendee's experience
• VIP Backstage Pass – $3,500.00
  A VIP pass for our corporate roundtable session offers sponsors personal engagement with corporate attendees. Sponsors receive 15 minutes to ask questions or share industry updates, providing excellent co-sponsorship opportunities to share in costs and ensure up-close brand representation
